Iranian building manned spacecraft
» Service: Science and Tech - Research
TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian researchers at Khajeh Nasir University have designed and built a manned spacecraft, succeeding in presenting the systematic design algorithm for manned spacecraft.
The technology is presented by Leila Khalajzadeh and Mehran Shams.
The spacecraft can carry one to three people to lower orbits for several hours. This type of aircraft is made up of several modules. Module is an independent section which may interfere with other sections.
The manned module of these spacecrafts is also called space capsule. Only one of the modules, 'return module', can return the earth comparing to other module-structured spacecrafts. This types of spacecrafts are the best and most affordable types of manned ones.
