Larijani calls for P5+1 to seize opportunity of talks in Moscow

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani called for P5+1 to seize the current opportunity of talks in Moscow.
He added that Iran's nuclear energy issue has been "complicated" by ‘certain radical international groups that could themselves reduce the complexity of the issue’ in the upcoming talks in the Russian capital on June 18 and 19.
Iran has provided the P5+1 - Britain, China, France, Russia, and the United States plus Germany - with different options and it is more logical for them to seize this opportunity, Larijani told reporters on the sidelines of a ceremony in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Sunday.
The Iranian Parliament Speaker also cautioned the West against imposing their conditions on Iran during the talks.
Heading a delegation, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) and Tehran's top nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili arrived in Moscow for the talks on Sunday morning.
"Iran's rights in the area of nuclear technology, including the right to enrich uranium, must be recognized and respected," Jalili said earlier.
Jalili also expressed Iran's readiness to cooperate and enter talks with "different countries on a variety of issues, including collaborations in the field of nuclear energy."
Iran and the P5+1 held three sessions of plenary talks in Baghdad on May 23 and 24 after an earlier round of negotiations in the Turkish city of Istanbul in mid-April.
They agreed to hold another round of talks in Moscow on June 18-19.
