Iran, Kazakhstan sign extradition agreement

TEHRAN (ISNA)-The Islamic Republic of Iran and Kazakhstan signed judicial extradition agreement Sunday.

The agreement was signed by Iranian Justice Minister Morteza Bakhtiari and Kazakh Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev in Kazakhstan.

Bakhtiari said that the Article 21 of the agreement was signed by the two sides and it should be approved by governments and parliaments of the two sides.
